At Mobilitylyelbow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of textiles, lighting fixtures, and accessories. Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. To be eligible for a return, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase may be denied or subject to store credit only.
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@mobilitylyelbow.world or call us at +1 415-564-8848. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped to our San Francisco location at 3251 20th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94132.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Custom or personalized textiles, lighting fixtures, and accessories cannot be returned unless they are defective. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
